The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company

Seems like a very crooked place. Went there for a simple slow leak in a tire. Took over an hour for them to tell me there is a leak and it can't be patched. Took another 15 minutes for them to put the tire on and get my car out. They wanted me to buy a new tire. I knew I didnt need to. They also took it upon themselves to do an inspection when it was not asked for. I said no to everything and left. Later I realized they didnt put my valve stem cap back on, which was aluminum and paid for by me. Lastly, they told some poor woman that her spark plugs and ignition coils would cost her $3000 to replace. My conclusion is that they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. They dont really even seem that professional. EDIT: I patched the tire myself, and actually found TWO pinholes in the tire. They told me of only one. Months later after patching the tire myself, the tire holds air and is perfectly fine

Had a flat that was not repairable and made it to Goodyear in Fairfax . Nick at the front came out and looked at my tire to check if they had any in stock. They had the tire and were able to put the new one on just before closing time without having to wait a long time like other places. Great service and fair priced. Thanks for your help!

I have had fantastic service at this location - Specifically dealing with Mel - but honestly the whole shop in general. They are friendly, honest, great about getting you in for service and are even willing to price match any competitor. I HIGHLY recommend them, not only for tires but also their other services offered. You will not be disappointed.

So friendly and helpful! Alan and Jim took great care of me after an awful experience a block away at the AAA service center. On a busy Saturday, they got my car in and out with a new tire. They were a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed at a good price and as efficiently as possible. I highly recommend this team at Goodyear!

I have never had bad customer service as this shop! I came to purchase a new tire, I asked the employee that I am look for an Ironman tire, he asked me what is your car? I told him it is a Mercedes. He replied to me with a mad face, if you can’t afford to buy tires why do you drive a Mercedes, buy a Corolla then! I was so shocked from his attitude! Even though I didn’t mention that I can’t afford to buy any tire. I left the shop speechless!
